Please bear in mind that raw wool is greasy & contains impurities.
Therefore the net finished weight after washing & processing will be less than the starting weight (typically 50% to 70%)

 up to Aran weight £30.00 per kg on gross usable grease weight
  Chunky £25.00  
  Heavy £22.50  

Minimum Spinning Charge per Lot: £300 (10 kg)

WOOL Carding: Batt/Mat £10.00 No Minimum
  Sliver £12.00 / £14.00 No Minimum
  Combed Sliver £20.00 Minimum 5 kg
  Roving £22.50 Minimum 5 kg

ALPACA or MOHAIR Spinning: up to Aran weight £37.50
  blended with wool  

Minimum Spinning Charge per Lot: £375 (10 kg)

ALPACA or MOHAIR Carding: pure £15.00 No Minimum
SORTING:

The cost of Sorting is included within the price UNLESS additional work is required, which will be charged at £5 per kilo on weight received.
e.g.: serious contamination (if capable of being processed)
weathered ends
excessive staple length (over 30 cms)
